Wave Lighting provides professional services and/or product sales as described at the time of booking or purchase. Service details, including scope, timing, and pricing, will be agreed upon before work begins.


2. Payments & Billing

Payment is due at the time of service or product purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods including major credit/debit cards and other standard forms of payment.

Late payments may result in additional fees where permitted by law.


3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or via SMS.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.


4. SMS/Text Messaging Program

By opting into Wave Lighting Alerts, you agree to receive recurring text messages regarding scheduling updates, promotions, and account information.

Message frequency may vary.

Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by Wave Lighting.


5. Customer Responsibilities

Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

Disclose known hazards that may affect service performance.

Ensure service areas are accessible and free of obstructions.

Maintain products or installed systems according to provided care guidelines.


6. Liability & Limitations

While we take reasonable care in performing our services, Wave Lighting is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Faulty electrical systems or structural conditions

Issues outside our control

Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service or product provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.


7. Warranties

Wave Lighting may provide warranties on products and services as outlined in your purchase agreement. Warranty coverage may vary depending on product type and service conditions.


8. Age Requirement

By using our services, website, or SMS program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.
